For treatment fees from $1,000 to over $25,000 @ 11.90% interest rate

We will file all claims on your behalf. Then we’ll obtain a written “pre-treatment estimate” for the needed surgical procedures from your insurance company. Once the official pre-treatment estimate is obtained we will only present a bill for your co-insurance and deductible.
